Unfortunately, Ledger Live currently doesn't support sending and receiving BNB, so we're going to access our BNB wallet through Binance.org. Click on Connect Wallet. Open the Binance Chain app on your Ledger Nano S/Nano X. Select Ledger Device on the left sidebar, then click on Connect to Ledger.
Your transaction will be processed shortly. The funds should appear in your Trust Wallet balance within a few minutes after the withdrawal confirmation email. Once your funds arrive, Trust Wallet will send you a notification about a successful deposit of your BEP-20 BNB tokens.

How do I send Usdt from Binance to Ledger?
Simply type in “Ether”, and choose the Ethereum option. Click on Continue. Type in your preferred account name, and click on the checkbox. You can now send in your Tether(USDT) and other stablecoins to your Ledger Ethereum wallet by clicking on Receive on the sidebar.
All you need to do is: Install Binance Smart Chain app on your Ledger hardware device. Once you navigate into the accounts tab, create a Binance Smart Chain account. You can then verify and confirm the address to deposit your tokens.

Can I send any ERC20 token to Ledger?
Although your Ledger device can secure most Ethereum ERC20 tokens, not all ERC20 tokens are supported by the Ledger Live app. Non-supported ERC20 token deposits will not show in Ledger Live and will not create a transaction record in the Latest operations section in Ledger Live.
Binance withdraw/network fee is 0.0005. So that is easy to work out. (Binance BTC Amount - Ledger Live BTC Amount) = 0.0005. In Ledger Live when I look at Latest Operations, in the Received transaction there is another Fee listed about $120.
