How long can a law enforcement drone fly?
Most enterprise-grade drones used in police work can stay in the air for more than 30 minutes. The DJI M300 can stay in the air for up to 55 minutes.

The appropriate authority to deal with cases of a spying drone is the local police force that deals with complaints of stalking or peeping toms. You may call in the FAA if the drone is being operated illegally or in an unsafe way.

Can a drone fly for 2 hours?
The average flight time for mid-level drones is about 22 minutes. The average flight time of high-end consumer drones is about 28 minutes. The exceptions to this are some high-end drones and fixed-wing aircraft, which can even fly for several hours.

The radar has a high resolution and a wide field of vision, and it can track many drones simultaneously. Drones are otherwise difficult to spot, because they can be tiny and come from all directions.
