Where did my Loom video go?
To view all the videos you have created you will want to navigate to the Video tab in your Loom library. This section will filter to videos created by you by default and will display your most recently recorded videos first.
Your Loom video will save as per your original recording specs. This will move your video to your Archive folder.
Go to your computer's System Preferences. Select the option Security & Privacy. Find the options for Camera, Microphone and Screen Recording make sure Loom is on the list of applications allowed access. If this is not the case, please restart your computer and reinstall the Loom app.
⚠️ Keep in mind, video deletion cannot be undone. If you delete your video, it is gone forever.
How long can I keep my videos on Loom? For as long as you'd like. There is no expiration date for your videos. They'll be available until you decide to delete them.
On a strong stable, connection, it should not take more than a few minutes for videos under 10 minutes at 720p recording quality. However, if you record a long video and your upload speed is on the lower end, the processing time will increase as Loom finishes uploading your video.

You should always be able to download your Loom videos. Sometimes it may happen that immediately after you record, your video file is not yet available for download. Your video is long and Loom needs a few extra minutes to process the file and get it ready for download.
